If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Puppies.estate for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Puppies.estate facilitates transactions between buyers and breeders. We are not a party to any transaction between users. You acknowledge that:

• All transactions are between buyers and breeders directly
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• We charge a 5% transaction fee to breeders on completed sales
• Refund policies are set by individual breeders
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Operate puppy mills or engage in unethical breeding
• Circumvent our fee structure or payment system
• Use automated systems to access our service

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Puppies.estate are provided on an 'as is' basis. Puppies.estate makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Puppies.estate or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Puppies.estate, even if Puppies.estate or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
